Alpha Legion Chaos Lord — The Hydra’s Hidden Fang, Master of Shadows

Of all the Traitor Legions that have plagued the Imperium since the Horus Heresy, none are more insidious — or more impossible to destroy — than the Alpha Legion. Their symbol is the Hydra: cut off one head, and two more rise in its place — a promise that for every commander the Imperium eliminates, two more wait unseen in the dark. A Chaos Lord of the Alpha Legion is not merely a warrior but a ghost, a phantom, a puppetmaster who has already seeded the battlefield with cultist networks, planted infiltrators in the enemy’s ranks, and predetermined the outcome of the engagement before a single shot is fired. Clad in shimmering blue-green armour adorned with hydra motifs, he could be anyone — the Alpha Legion are legendary for assuming multiple identities and fighting under a dozen names simultaneously. When he does finally reveal himself, it is only because the trap has already closed: his Plasma Pistol reducing priority targets to ash at close range, his cursed Accursed Weapon carving a path through anything that remains. Hydra Dominatus. We are Legion, for we are many.
